Today we are making savoury tuile biscuits. Sweet dessert tuile biscuits include sugar which help to develop the texture and allow you to create a thin crispy tuile. How can we achieve that in a savoury tuile without using sugar? Today we are going to do just that, and then plate it up with a Moroccan inspired salad to create a unique fine dining style entrée idea.
Tuile cookies like these can help you take your entrée from looking and tasting good to looking and tasting great!

where do you find the cardboard to make the templates? could you possibly make a video where you have your measurements on the templates you use and show how you make them

I just use an old breakfast cereal box for the cardboard. The size depends on what you are shaping it around. If you measure the circumference that will tell you how long and you can decide how wide ☺️. Hope that helps.

You should be able to, just find that you can shape it in, maybe even a muffin tin could work ☺️

I haven't tried freezing the paste. It's so quick to make, I've always just made it to use straight away. If you do try it, please let me know how it turned out 👍😊

In this particular recipe, the parmesan adds flavour, but also helps with binding it together. I haven't tried it without or substituting it for something else, but I'll have a play around.
