@@LadyRad2000 so glad that i could help . We are a military family that had to learn how to get our seafood fix no matter where we were on the planet lol . Definitely gotta have my gumbo when it gets cold and for the holiday season and it must be filled with seafood.
@@forestcaine it's not that simple if you want a seafood gumbo. Now if you just want gumbo then substitutes is ok after all the meat don't make your gumbo it's the roux.

Fuck man i want some crab or lobster now, my pops used to always buy tons of king crab and butter and bring it up to the cottage during summers for the whole family and that shit was amazing havent had it in a while tho last time i had it was curry crab and that was gas. Never seen these blue white and red crabs before tho what r they called? Look cool
With my gumbo and a lot of people are like this I like to make my roux remove it from the pan then sautee my Trinity add the sausage and seafood stock then add the roux back to the pot
