I have tried your recipe with my own twist and I do recommend mustard powder.

Great cool dish for the summer. I could eat this over lettuce with cherry tomatoes as a light lunch too. I make it similarly with tuna instead of shrimp and crab (for those allergic to shellfish).

Hi Rosie! Thank you for this recipe, I love imitation crab meat and this salad is perfect! Reminds me of a spicier version of the krab salad they have at the Chinese buffets.

I loathe imitation crab, but it’s easy to switch it out with real crab.

Add you some hard boiled eggs up in there for more flavor.....
