I remember eating these noodles back in college. We never had seafood with them but it does look mighty good. We could buy them really cheap and it would spread out our food budget. I can not wait to try this recipe.
I've always had the cup of noodles but I never knew that they were ramen noodles. I've always said that I don't like ramen as far as the flat ones. So I guess I've liked ramen all along but just the cup of noodles form. This sounds great

Hi Gina, thank you so much for this recipe. I’ve been looking for a particular Beef Stroganoff recipe you did about 3 years ago where you velvetized the meat and then incorporated a sauce with cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and Dijon mustard. It was delicious and I want to make it again but I can’t find it. Could you please show us that recipe again?
Gina, I love ramen noodles, but as you know that I just don’t care for seafood 🦞. But not a bad ideas to people who can add ingredients to bring up to a great meal.
