This fried rice recipe is an absolute crowd pleaser, versatile and you can make it yours! Prep all ingredients ahead and dinner is ready in under 30 minutes. Enjoy and share this video with your friends.

Ingredients Used
3 cups jasmine rice (4 cups on my rice cooker measuring cup)
1can coconut milk + water to cook the rice
1 lb boneless chicken
1 lb shrimps tail on
2 eggs
2 cups frozen mixed veggies
1 Tbsp sesame oil
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Soy sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Fresh garlic
Fresh ginger
Habanero pepper * (optional)
Cayenne pepper
Garlic powder
Ginger powder
Chicken bullion
Soy sauce ( regular or dark)
Chopped scallions / spring onions
For best results, Cook the rice the night before and refrigerate it. Allow it to come down to room temperature before cooking it. enjoy!

Fantastic looking. Again for low sodium content, I would suggest low sodium soy sauce and low sodium chicken bullion. I'm definitely going to try this with the low sodium tweaks. Thanks again for the recipe. ❤
