I see your file used is a ".key.dump" file I have the ".dmp" files that come from my own figures I used to play with and want to move it to NFC cards. Do you know if this works with the MWT.exe program?
Hey guys I have a question. I've been trying to write NFC Cards the last few days but it doesn't work. MWT says most of the time 63 of 64 blocks written and I don't know what to do. Sometimes MWT even crashes when I try to read or write the tag. I am really frustrated and it would mean a lot to me if someone could help me. Have a nice day
when i open the mwt thing, i get a pop up that i haven't installed "acr122u tag reader driver'. ive installed everything a need to (i think) but it just doesnt work
Great guide! I was wondering if you knew the answer to a question I had. I was wondering if I made these would they work on Nintendo switch? I saw some things about them a year ago that they wouldn’t but then I saw they would lol I’m not sure. However I guess I’ll be able to answer that as I ordered the stuff recently to try it myself 😅 Was just wondering would I have to do something in particular to get the switch ones to work.
I can't find much, but from what I have found (from a single reddit post) maybe some brands can work but most don't, but I don't have a switch to test it myself. But anyways good luck! I know that it is possible because I did find some guy selling nintendo switch only nfc cards, but I'll ask in some skylander nfc server if they know something I'll let you know if they do.

It’s made playing the game a bit more fun for sure, yeah I finally unlocked the end game parts, I was trying to dump them to share with others but I guess that’s not how the crystals work 😅 wish I knew that earlier 🤦🏻♂️ lol it’s okay tho. Just has me worried if something ever happened to my save or whatever I couldn’t carry my crystal over to a new account lol. Anyways, enjoyed your video and how to the point it was! 🤘🏻
Hey a quick question, in the dumps there are named files for the creation crystals, are they just differnte dumps for each version? or is there another procedure for creating cards of the crystals
The only thing it changes is the physical appearance of the Crystal in-game They’re all functionally identical aside from element, it’s really up to a small aesthetic preference
Do you know if this works on Xbox 360 by chance (assuming it doesn't work on every device)? Also do you think this would work with the base NFC Read/Write features on a Flipper Zero? Second question isn't as important if you haven't used one of those, they're not the most common for this most likely lol
It does work on every device but not all portals to my knowledge all portals except the imaginators portal work. And don't have a flipper zero to test that.
Does restting the NFC card means i can make another skylander on it? Like formatting it? Or what? I wanna know what exactly re-setting means here… Thanks
For some reason, I had no problem with this on a different computer but now on a new computer I just got whixh is way more powerful it allows me to download it and read the tag but then I try to write to it and it says to read it again, then says I have no dump from the card then I pick it then everything just crashes when I click write do you have any idea what could be happening
Just read the card again and then when clicking write you can press no if it read correctly. You can see if it read correctly by if the unlocked card is automatically set if it's not automatically set then read again and then retry writing untill its automatically set.
Everything works for me until the end when I choose which skylander I want, I chose one and press Start Cloning but this message always pops up (Unable to open NFC device: acr122_pcsc:ACS ACR122U PICC Interface 0). I do not know what to do, can anyone help please.

Why isn’t this working with the switch version of imaginators, I bought the right cards, and nfc reader. It pops up “There was an issue reading from the toy, please remove and replace the toy on the nfc reader”, I’ve tried everything and it will not read at all.
From what I know they don't work on Imaginators Portal but do work on Trap Team and Swap Force portals but I don't have all the portals so I can't check any other ones.
How powerful does your laptop/pc need to be to do this? What windows versions will it work on? Also if you use a portal from a previous game while playing imaginations will this allow you to use the NFC chips/cards as usual?
I found some cards with 13,56 mHz, rewriteble UID and 1K, do they work? Do the (Yosoo NFC ACR122U RFID Contactless Smart Reader & Writer + SDK + 5X IC Card) work as a reader?

The point of the nfc cards is to make Skylanders you don't have and you can download all Skylander dump files from the file in the description. So yes you can pick anyone.
Those are the right cards when writing make sure the magic unlocked gen 1 is automatically selected if its not read again and try to write again repeat that until its set to magic unlocked automatically only then will the write succeed.

Where does it say that and it if it says written 63 out of 63 blocks you need to read then try to write and see if uid changeable is automatically set if not read again and try until uid changeable is automatically set while writing.
Bro I follow the exact same steps and mine keeps getting a error in the game. I also reset the chip with the Change UID method but when I try to read the chip again it gets stuck in a endless loop
