I’ve been running Missives and Notice Board together for awhile, it’s a great add-on to towns that makes it feel like there’s actual stuff people need to get done. And it’s nice seeing the mercenaries walk up and take things from the board as well.

Deer diary? Today I bagged another deer.

If you wanna start your 863rd playthrough, I'd suggest creating a special profile through MO so that you can have multiple "specialised" playthrough, as too many overhauls will result in crashes (try to minimize the amount of active big mods on your save: keeping it to the essential is a great way to avoid being stuck at some point because your game keeps on crashing). Throwing in Legacy of the Dragonborn is a no brainer (that is, unless you hope to play with a shitton of overhauls at the same time - LotD requires quite a bit of memory), you'll also want gameplay overhauls according to the kind of characters you're aiming for (skills overhauls, combat mods like ultimate combat and Tk hitstop for melee characters, magic overhauls like Spell Research, but also stuff like better vampires, and various gameplay tweaks like andromeda), and depending on what guilds you plan on doing they have some neat overhauls like "ESF - the companion guild". Mods that change the feel of the game are also very good at keeping the game fresh (switching between textures, ENBs, musics and audio mods (some like Enhanced Draugr FX and Skeletons of Daggerfall (alongside difficulty mods) somehow made me like Nordic Tombs again), flora overhauls (while Vurt's one is awesome, mobiusbelmont has created some pretty good ones too, and winedave's one is a neat addition to any other), meanwhile there's some great city mods out there and pretty cool "miscellaneous" stuff ("The Ruins Legendary", Real Clouds...). Then you can add DLC-like mods that you haven't tried (I heard The Tools of Kagrenac, AHO and Carved Brink are pretty good, but older ones like beyond reach or The Great Cowl of Nocturnal are fun too ; also keep an eye on incoming stuff: Odyssey of the Dragonborn and everything from the beyond skyrim team for exemple). Finally you can add that little bit of flavour through awesome mods like Morrowloot Ultimate and static permazones, but also through stuff like summermyst, Zim's Immersive Artifacts or Immersive jewelry (last one is fun if you wanna change the economy but kinda big for what it is and underwhelming for male characters). Last but not least, a word of advice : don't throw in "adult" mods into the mix for a gameplay oriented playthrough, they can be very taxing on memory and when you run out of memory the game crashes. If you're really motivated you could also just follow S.T.E.P.. I heard it works wonders. EDIT: Grammar fixes, sorry for the eyesore

I used The Notice Board in oldrim, but in SE I switched over to Missives. It's localized, allows you to preview quests before accepting, lets you quit the quests, and lets you take multiple versions of the same quest type. I'd strongly recommend using Missives over The Notice Board.

Idea, groundhog day mod. So every day you have to find a way to make it further into it until you finally beat the game in an in game day. Dialogs change from day to day depending on stuff you find out about characters and monsters around.
