The magnetizing core is missing in the coils and this reduces the efficiency of the generator.

If you filled the inside spaces of your coils with tiny steel wires (ex. cut from small nails) insulated from each other and secured in place by an epoxy resin plus last and first magnet discs covered with sheets of 2 mm thick iron sheet on the outer side, you would make this machine work way better, I suppose. The magnetic guide would make your machine several times more efficient than a coreless disc-type generator. Moreover, connecting the stator coils in series before the multi - diode bridge and using the 6-pulse conventional rectifier would make your voltage several times higher, than rectyfying each stator separately with separate bridge.
