Well done but unusual design using 4 wheels. My Chinese mini grinder only using 3 wheels. The spring loaded arm creating tension had to be modified to handle standard belts instead of some odd Chinese belts. Thanks to Dave M, The Minimachineshop, for purchase and modification.

yeah, i can see where the delrin wheel would be better as to prolong the life of the belt and reduce the wear on the wheel. handy setup!

That worked great!!! Could it be flipped over so the larger roller is farthest out to sand a larger diameter? Have a Jesus filled day everyone Greg in Michigan
