I prefer and I do speed ramping first, then I pre compose my clips and then apply effects 🔥personally it's easier to me

when i import a video in after effects my clips have a breathing lightning very fast. But when i check my clips on my phone and premiere pro the clips are perfect as they should . Do u know why?

I don't know why but, it has to be some glitches in AE. Update your AE and clean all caches before editing
