Is it okay not to put a palmolein oil? It's hard to find. and is it okay to use propylene glycol instead of mono propylene glycol ?

No...Don't skip Palmolein oil...and both propylene glycol and mono propylene glycol are same...

You have mentioned that the soap can be used in 1-2 days. Wanted to understand as to whether the soap will cause rashes (for sensitive skin b'coz there was no curing time for LYE and water to saponify completely and make the soap saffe foor skin use, Thanks in advance

As it's hot process method...so there's no need for cure time..it's already saponified...you can use it the next day....it's safe for skin...
