Recipe in Hindi - nishamadhulika.... Recipe in English - nishamadhulika.... Also known as Phulka Recipe, Roti Recipe, Indian Flat bread Recipe How to make Roti?
I am living alone in Karachi as bachelor and I have been looking for this type of brief and indepth recipe of Roti. Thanks nisha madhulika jee. Regards from Karachi Pakistan.
Very polite and humble lady. She is ensuring that everyone understands each and every step and concept properly. Thanks ma'am for great explanation. Keep up the good work 👍
For the first time in my life, I made soft roties !!! And thats only because of you mam ! I have tried several recipes but always ended up making hard roties. This is the first time my mom praised me for making soft roties! Im so happy today . May Lord bless you 🙏
the right amount of moisture and rolling the rotis on the edges is the most important part of making good rotis. the moisture is what turns into steam which helps the rotis baloon up. and that steam is what keeps the rotis soft. For all the people who knead stiff roti dough this is a really important tip. Personally in my home I dont make phulkas i make the folded rotis, Maharashtrian style. these folded rotis will remain soft even for the next day.
Ma'am! Thank you so much... for your wonderful work... I really don't know how to cook rotis. I've learnt from your amazing video... Now, I'm able to cook and severe my wife & daughter too. Who arrives home after a busy day. Now, she's appreciating my helping hand at home.. this credit goes to you.... thanq so much....

I used to wonder what are proportions of water and Wheat flour so that we get soft Chapathis or Phulkas, now I know 1 : 2, also I learned how to make them properly which I failed trying before. Thank you, now I can make soft Phulkas for my Parents, at least I feel I am able to return favour though it is too little.
I tried this roti at home and got it very nicely. I love the way you explain it. I am a Sri Lankan and love to eat Indian food. And I do understand Hindi Language very well. Thank you soo much...

Nishaji...you are my savior. I am a single man living in USA. My mother has passed away. Now I miss my mom's cooking a lot. I attempt to cook food at home as I like Indian Vegetarian Jain food. With no Onion and Garlic. Your recipes are of great help to me. I am wondering if you provide recipes of regional veg food. For example, I am looking for good recipes for Gujarati Kadhi, Besan Kadhi, and Pithla (besan curry). Many Thanks and Kind regards. Sincerely, Mayank
Nisha Ma'am Iam really inspired to cook....I have never cooked in my life every time seeing your video and then cooking just helps me a lot. Thank a lot !
