I made puri for the first time according to your instructions and it was a success!! I only had cake flour, hence that’s what I used and a bit of salt. Kneaded it for about 6 mins and rested the dough for 20 mins. And then made the puris not so thin, not so thick, and boom! When I fried them, they immediately puffed! I was so happy!!! My husband also enjoyed it. Had it with Chole masala. Thank you so much for the recipe! 🎉God bless ❤

So grateful for this video. I never made good presentable soft poori. Today Evening I saw this video and thought of trying once again and followed the same steps as yours. I used oil instead of ghee. The first puri didn't puff up, I got sad. But second one puffed like a golgappa. And rest all of the puris turned out so perfect. Little things brings joy and I got an example today. Thanks
