Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, I was so shock finally for trying so many years how to make pandesal that feels, I came across your RU-vid channel and as I was browsing I saw your pandesal recipe, I told my husband to buy me what I needed and early this morning I followed your recipe and walla perfect so soft and really tasty. Thank you one again. God bless you and your family. ( Mrs Evelyn Rivas from Connecticut USA).
This homemade pandesal looks soft and delicious. We love to eat pandesal as well especially paired with hot coffee. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Will definitely try this.
Hi thanks for the video...I tried it but my dough turned out sticky...what do you think was the problem? ...looking forward for more cooking demos..thanks a lot..GOD bless
Hi there! First of make sure the flour measurement is right. This is why i suggest you have to get a scale. Now if your dough is sticky continue on kneading it. It will take its shale. If it is still sticky try to add more flour but do it little by little. Then work on kneading it. I hope this helps. Let mr know ok?
I tried your recipe today! It’s perfect! My family loved it too! Thanks for sharing this 😊 though i tried adding powdered milk. I tried many other recipes and this one’s the best 😊 thanks again ❤️
All the pandisal I tried this recipe of yours, really a good one, but I notice yours, the dough was firm, mine is like soft, thanks for sharing this video..😊
aww thanks for the inspiration to continue what I do. Sometimes it makes me doubt why I have to do this week after week. Your message just inspired me to do better. Thanks you!
This is my first time to try a pandesal recipe after looking at a few. I thought I messed it up because it seemed that the amount of dough that turned out for me was far less than what is in your video. Plus, I couldn't roll the dough properly into a long log to cut because it would "tear" when I tried stretching it into a log. I ended up having small rolls for proofing. But it still turned out really well after baking and still puffed up into the right size. Nice and soft in the inside, and just a light crisp on the crust. Question: Can the dough be made ahead, like overnight? I'd like to have some ready to bake when I wake up. Thanks for sharing this recipe and more power to your channel!
phew im glad it turned out great! I'm so happy that it did. Ok for your question , yes you can put your dough in the fridge. Here are two scenarios. 1.if you haven't shaped your dough yet: put it in the fridge and then the following day, shape it like usual and then let it rise. It may take longer than usual to rise but just wait until it passes the dimple test. 2. if you have shaped the dough and has fully risen, you could actually bake it straight from the fridge. It will actually be even fluffier. Thanks for stopping by. Oh btw, check my ensaymada too really good and foolproof! I hope to see you around!
Yes you can. It takes a few more minutes longer than bread flour. It might be a little more wet too. Just continue to knead it and if you may need to add more flour do it little by little only. Good luck!
Nice videos! Thank you for sharing this great recipe. I shall subscribe on this new youtube channel of mine as well (I have two youtube accounts subscribed to you haha). I went to undergraduate with your son in the CFA club! Im trying to build up my own cooking channel as well! I hope I can be half as successful as you!
hello! welcome to the RU-vid world. I just revived my channel during the lockdown. I was away for 2 years (which I regret ). But in those 2 years I worked on my cookbook which is already out. Since my book tour is on hold (again due to the lockdown) I came back posting new videos. I am sure you will do great. I just subscribed to your channel as well. Let me know how I can help. I would love to help you in any way I can. Good luck!
@@TheSkip2MalouShow Thank you Skip to Malou! I really appreciate it. Ive been watching your videos for a long time now. And I shall definitely get a copy of your cookbook! I hope things work out with your book tour now that things are slowly improving :D
