Here is a list of the ingredients that I will be using;

2 cups Flour
8 oz. soften butter
4 eggs
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 cups sorrel puree
1/4 cup fruit puree
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp mixed spice
1 tsp cardamom
2 tsp baking powder
