Loved seeing the love and respect in the father and son duo and shared passion in creating delicious masterpieces of Italian food shine through the camera. 😍
Vincenzo looks just like his dad. I knew it was his dad the moment I saw them side by side. The spaghetti looks fantastic. It's my favorite pasta dish ... Spaghetti alla vongole
@@vincenzosplate Vincenzo … I make this about once a month. I am on the East Coast of USA and we have excellent Littleneck clams here. I use similar techniques with Scallops and shrimps.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm so glad you enjoyed my video and that you like the look of the spaghetti vongole. My dad and I had a lot of fun making the video together. We're both passionate about cooking, and we love sharing our recipes with others.
Thanks for this recipe video! We got some very fresh clams today so I had the chance to make this recipe, following your ingredients and step by step instructions. The result was a very good lunch! 👌🏼😘

@@vincenzosplate i actually made it with clams today.. they had them at my supermarket, so bought and brought home and cooked immediately. What a quick and deliciously lunch.
You're welcome! I'm glad you're hungry for some spaghetti alle vongole. It's a delicious and easy dish to make. Here's a quick tip for making the best spaghetti alle vongole:
Hey Vincenzo my mother is calabrese and she makes pasta alls vongole 2 different ways. Same as your video and the second way instead of wine she puts clam juice and chicken broth with a little flour. She also puts peperoncini in both. I'd love for you to try once with chicken broth and tell me what you think
I made it, and loved it! So quick, easy, delicious, and healthy! What more can you ask? -i went shopping for dinner ingredients just before lunch. I saw clams, so bought them to make this dish. When I came home, within 15-20 minutes I had served!
Loved it. I had the pleasure to gather clams myself this summer and made that special dish. However, I have a stupid question - I want to make it with the type of clam showed here and the only ones in my country, they come from Italy, but frozen. So can I use frozen when I don't have access to fresh?
The clams in my area have a lot of soil inside. Is there a way to clean them or do I have to peel them and wash them? I saw in the clip that you didn't cut them but just fried them in oil.
@@vincenzosplate - Season chicken legs with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce. Let sit a bit and top with KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce in your cooking pan. Sometimes I mince garlic and put a dab on top of each leg. It browns beautifully. Cook about 90 minutes at 350F (176C). When the chicken is close to done, cook your spaghetti al dente with salt. Drain the pasta, return to the pot and generously pour the chicken juices into the pasta. Generous amount of Grated Romano cheese, and mix. Plate your spaghetti and legs and top with more grated Romano cheese. It may amaze you how the spaghetti carbs go so well with this brand of sauce. I often run out of pasta before chicken. Make this video and give your honest opinion. Cultural hit or flop? Remember, my last idea worked. {:-D
@@vincenzosplate I def want to if I can find good Clams!!!!! Love your vids so much i'm from America and it's amazing to try authentic Italian recipes I may have not otherwise heard about!!
Sembra buonissimo mi piace tutto quello che fate!!! Vi riguardo dal Canada!! Scusate per la domanda un po in ritardo ma quali stufe portatili usate in questo video ?
Couple things wrong here Vincenzo...First one is I wasn't there ...Second thing is that wine bottle was not opened and poured..but that I'll let it slide cause it just means the food smelled so good y'all couldn't wait to taste it. Papa sure knows how to cook!
