Special Mandazi Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Wheat Flour (self-raising)-1kg
2. 1 cup of sugar(though sweetness should be to your preference)
3. Half litre Milk
4. 2 full table spoon of baking powder
5. 2 full table spoon of blue band
6. 2 eggs
7. Cooking oil
Steps
1. Pour the eggs in your mixing bowl and stir.
2. To it add sugar and mix them well too.
3. Add baking powder and blue band to the mixture.
4. Add milk to the mixture.
5. Begin to add small amounts of wheat flour to the mixture as you stir.
6. Stir well until the mixture is super fine. The mixture should not be too runny but thick.
7. Put to hit cooking oil and begin to scope small amounts of dough using a spoon as you immerse them in the hot cooking oil.
8. Let the mandazi cook on medium hit and ensure your turn the mandazis for both sides to be golden brown.
9. Once you attain the golden brown colour get them off from the oil.
10. Serve them when warm or cold with a beverage of your choice.
