Made these yesterday and they were amazing! I was tempted to reduce the sugar just given how much goes in the recipe but decided not to and I’m glad I didn’t. It tasted exactly like the Starbucks pumpkin muffins. So good! The recipe ended up yielding 18 muffins for me. I also didn’t have pumpkin spice on hand but was able to quickly make it using Sally’s Baking Addiction’s pumpkin pie spice recipe: - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp ground ginger - 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp ground clove - 1/4 tsp ground all spice
This recipe turned out so good! Got lots of compliments from the party I went to. I did make some substitutes including oat milk, fat free cream cheese and half the amount of sugar and it was perfect. I did have 2 muffins deflate and I piped in some leftover cream cheese frosting and it was perfect. Thank you so much for sharing! I really appreciate it!!
Omg this is literally the best pumpkin muffin recipe. I made mine into a loaf with added cream cheese chipits and it’s SOOOO good. Not too sweet either. I’m in love with
Made this recipe and it turned out fabulous, I think this is waaaaay better than Starbucks recipe. I made it without the filling though sprinkled the top with a little granulated sugar, I made them in large muffin liners as well, it makes 8 beautiful large muffins that Look and taste incredible, thank you so much for sharing the recipe.
I made your muffins with Rainbow Plant Life’s vegetarian chili. This was the best dinner and dessert combo. All my family enjoyed this so much. These are our new family fall favorites 🤲🏽🪷💜✨
apart from my awful baking skills they were good!! i adjusted the temperature bad idea on my part and then i dunno??? half of them were burnt from the bottom but good from the top and then the rest were okay from the bottom, but good recipe, perfect yield of 12 and you can customize how much frosting you want i put a lot cause i like it, relatively easy to follow, this was my first time making cupcakes from scratch, it took me a while cause i couldn't open the can! lol but thank you!!
hii, i’ve made this a few times already and my cheese cream filling keeps deflating after they come out of the oven, sometimes it happens super fast if i bang the tray against something on accident or rly slowly when i let it cool down
I just had that problem. Already seen two comments to just add more of the filling. I was so bummed. But glad to hear I can just add more. Now to taste them. 😋
Hi love your videos! Just a little confused on one thing, the sugar for the filling looked like powdered sugar but it you said white sugar? Is it regular granulated sugar?
Are we able to confirm this? It’s definitely powdered sugar for the cream cheese filling and I also see two different powder ingredients. I just want to make sure I’m making this properly ☺️
I loveeeee these types of videos. I always wonder haha poor girl. The dishes after this ‘easy looking video’ when in reality the stack of dishes that she has😫
madam can you please give is the exact gram of ingredients....wanna make sure it taste like as yours...as different country has different measuring unite though it literally means the same
i wanna make these so bad (so do i with your olive oil cake). but i live in the netherlands, but our way of weighing ingredients is in grams and milliliters.. oop 😔🤚
I love their pumpkin cream cheese muffin so much. But I found out I have a gluten & dairy allergy 😩 I have to figure out how to make this dairy/gluten free
It would be helpful if you said each ingredient. Like 1 3/4 cup flour, 2 tea pumpkin spice. I had a hard time writing down the measurmets of the ingredient list.
I’ve read a lot of mixed opinions on these and here is my own consensus after making these. They are lacking flavor. These ended up having more of a bland taste despite using extra pumpkin pie spice. They were super moist which was perfect. The cream cheese filling was such a let down. It practically disappears into the muffin after baking and tastes more like cheesecake than anything. I’m unsure how I feel about this as a copycat recipe. This tasted nothing like a Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin. This tasted like something I would have found at a Whole Foods, Sprouts, or other organic store. It was okay, but I don’t think I’ll be making these again. I’ll continue to go to Starbucks for this fall classic.
I made them and they were delicious. I switched out the pumpkin seeds with pistachio. And the cream cheese was a little grainy because it looks like your used powdered sugar and something else when making it. So I got confused. Overall it was very good. I also made your rainbow rice and the chicken skewers 😁
It’s a blend of spices. You can even make your own pumpkin pie spice if you have all the ingredients at home. There’s a lot of videos and recipes online for how to make it!
Hi Moribyan, I just wanted to let you know that Starbucks supports Israel, and which I assume you know what’s happening in Palestine so when you buy something from there, the money goes to them. Just letting you everyone!
Made this recipe today, unfortunately the flavor was lacking is an understatement 😫 I even went with the extra tsp of pumpkin pie spice 😅. They turned out very Bland like hospital/old ppl food 😭 I wasted so much time with these don't waste your time ppl find a better recipe Def not Starbucks copycat if that's what you're looking for!
