My dough came out too dry not pretty and smooth like yours. I think I might have too much flour. My yeast didn’t rise fluffy either. I’ll give it another try.
Hey, sorry it didnt turn out well for you. I don't like to use cup measurements, it is less accurate so it might cause the dough to be too dry. So I made another video with grams measurement, hopefully it will help

I just made it, but I wasn't sure how much butter to add because you put 3and 1/3 tsp. I was not sure if you meant cups and 1/3 so my bun did not turn out good. It was a fail for me.
