When we were in Singapore, we were served a dish similar to this 3 kinds of egg just like this but it had spinach and lightly browned whole cloves of garlic and had a slightly thick sauce. I am hoping you might have a recipe for this as my grandaon loved it and am hoping to recreate it at home. Thanks
