คlєא - Not if you do it as a business. You’ll make your money back. That’s what she does. That is the purpose of this video, predominately. Most people have a printer somewhere. Libraries have them.
Here's a tip to save some money: If you're getting the avery label paper then get the 100 sheet pack because if you take the 25 pack and multiply by 4 then it's more expensive than buying the 100 pack rather than 4x 25 packs. Don't get the 125 sheets though because it's way too expensive since if you divide the price of the 100 sheets by 4 and then add that to the price of the 100 sheets pack then it comes to around 30 dollars but the 125 sheets costs 40 something dollars sry I got caught up lol
Fun Fact: calling a tortoise a turtle is technically correct, so you're good. Calling all turtles a tortoise is not though. its the whole all squares are rectangles but not vice versa thing. Adorable stickers btw, I gotta remember to grab some later.
I don’t think that’s correct actually. They’re both in the same family but they are two different classification families. To simplify, what you said was kinda like saying zebras are horses.
Yeah! The shop will convert it to your currency automatically. You can also set your account to only see prices converted to USD. I also ship internationally :) thanks for the interest!
I really want to open an Etsy store this summer and stickers is definitely something I've been looking into doing. Thank you so much for a simple and understandable tutorial on how to do them whitout any complications in programs (most tutorials have adobe illustrator and I didn't understand a thing) but yours was perfect. Also these sets are so adorable, loving your cute animal series! ^_^
Well you can always buy a small package of it first to test it out and see if it works but the main thing is to give it action and do something about it, not just researching. Researching is great offcourse but you can't know until you try it. :)
This was EXTREMELY helpful! I was so sure you were going to only talk about printing the stickers but showing every part even how you assembled the sticker pack was all I needed so thank you.
JelArts you won't regret it! =) also I recommend a tecre button machine. I recently ordered a ton of charms from zap creatives for my first convention. Regardless, your tutorial was very helpful and I appreciate your time making the video ^-^ I love the stickers so much they're so adorable
childcareland pretty much all the new models can cut stickers, you just have to formate them properly and enter the settings in the program on the machine. To make it even easier, cricut has their own line of sticker paper which you can follow the directions on so that it can cut out the stickers according to the program and where you told it to cut. You can also make sticker packs by making sure that the cricut cuts out the sticker but not all the way through so it can peel off and you can make sticker packs that way.
This is so great! I have only been flirting with the idea of sticker making but every video I’ve seen required expensive materials, this is not only user friendly but also very budget friendly! Loved it!
This is the BEST sticker tutorial I have ever seen! And every single part of it looked so professionally done, the video itself, the packaging, the header, the sticker designs, everything! I do have a question though, approximately how long does it take you to cut out the stickers?
I agreee! It depends on you and the design and the quantity and the scissors and the intricacy of the design. it depends a lot. if you just have squares it should take you no time at all if you're worried about that
Thank you for this! I have been searching for a new art related hobby and this is right up my alley. Not only do I get to utilize my designs this way but I can share them with my 3 year old who LOVES stickers lol. Thank you very much for a great video!
oh my god these turtles are SO cute. thanks for the tip about the vinyl paper! I didn’t realize that it worked on regular inkjet printers. Love that you went into how you did the packaging too. Really helpful video!
You can print the turtles into the back of the white paper so people can just turn the package around to see the designs. You also don’t have to put the white paper into the bag but just make the back side of the top paper(with the name) a little longer. These are just some ideas but they’re really cute and it’s great video!
How to make stickers with NO printer. Draw some cute designs (u can print if u like ) Get some baking paper (parchment paper) Place the parchment paper onto the table. Place tape onto it so the sticky side is onto the parchment paper. Place your deisign onto of the tape. Next place more tape onto if your design. Cute out your design( leaving parchment paper around the edge) BOOM! Your done! Peel your parchment paper and your tape with still be sticky and you can stick them were ether you like!
Wow thanks sooooooooooooooooooooo much for typing all that thanks soo much. im so thankful you typed how to make it . Thanks soooo much. This will help me alot thanks sooooo much ☺
This was so useful, thank you! 💕 I've just started out my shop so I'm sticking with hand-cut stickers for now but I never realized I could still use Cricut sticker paper. I also loved how you package the sets, so simple but it looks so professional.
these backpack animals are adorable! good luck on the shop, and this was a really good tutorial! by the way, you are my favourite art youtuber! keep up the good work! :)
Very cute. 🙂 I have an idea for the display of your stickers, you could print them on back side of the paper you put under as support. It could be smaller or even only black and white or outlined image.
Omg I can't believe that you drew such cute little designs and you are openly sharing literally every step and detail to your product. Thank you so much! Whatever goes around comes around and a lot of people don't realize that, so they don't share their knowledge with the world, but what they don't understand that you obviously do, is that they can also stumble upon other people who will openly teach them everything they know and they will forever appreciate that person. You are inspirational and very talented. Thank you for doing what you do, keep it up! ❤️
Ahhh these are GREAT!!! I sadly don't have a good enough printer to make stickers. But I found this video super nice and easy to follow! Also the stickers are super cute and so colorful!!! They are really nice
@@commanderhedgehog590 I'm pretty sure majority of them do? A lot of printers have a bypass tray where you put the sticker paper and all you have to do is select the sticker paper option (maybe experiment with settings).
I really love this video, also thank for you not taking on the fake voice and standard explanation that sound like a infomercial that I hear on everything else these days. I don’t subscribe or like much on RU-vid but I did for this. Thanks for the honest info -
An honest tutorial at last. Very pleasant to watch, very interesting, and most importantly affordable. There is no extra fancy stuff needed, just that sticker paper but that's basically it. So thanks for this lovely video, your design are also extremely pretty, I love the way you color your drawing, it's very beautiful.
the turtles are ADORABLE!! working on picking up a circuit but having lots of fun making stickers and cutting by hand in the mean time. This tutorial helped a lot especially how you make your packs! thank you!
You go girl! I wanna do the same thing and I just wanna say that good for you for doing something that'll make you happy! I'm trying to open up a sticker/bunch of other crafty things shop too and you just inspire me!
Ahhh Gel!! Guess what!! I just got my first prismacolor colored pencil set!! I'm so excited!!!!! Great video as always :D Any tops for beginners with prismacolor?? Thanks! :)))
That's awesome! I'm not that great with pencil crayons but something that always helps me is using lots of layers of different colours and going kinda slow. You really gotta build up the colour. I hope this helps, and have fun with them!
Yes, that's what i use also. Only.. i do add transperant (or latent) primer to it and when its printed, after the primer i do add a spraycoat of varnish to make it more shiny. Good job in explaining how you do it in the vid.
Wow this is a great tutorial! I'm planning to make my stickers and have them print outside though. ^^; Thanks for the tips! I'm having trouble how to pack them out but you answered them for me!
The brother scan-n-cut is amazing for these. It is so fun to use and can do so many fun things that it is well worth the $$. I adore those little turtles.
this is such a cute craft. i love the little animals!! looks like your having fun experimenting with different projects and art in general. i like these kind of videos. keep up the good work.
I love your tutorial!! 💞 I'm planning on making stickers myself so this really helps. I'm a bit confused though on the printable vynle. Does it already work like a sticker in that you can peel the back off and stick it to something like a sticker?
Thank you sooo much I wanted to make my own stickers for so long, but every tutorial was so complicated and used the expensive cutters and I almost gave up! So really thank you, your stickers are very cute btw :D
Thank you! I ship internationally so india shouldn't be a problem! (I am new to shipping so if there's another reason then please let me know, for my own knowledge)
I tried to buy the turtle ones but i couldn't because it started saying that my card was declined :( i'm not sure what was wrong because I've got plenty of money in my account :((( im so sad now
Thank you for all the information! I knew the regular sticky paper, but had no idea there was a vinyl version, too, how cool! I recommend getting a cutting mat and a scalpel, I discovered that it's much easier on the wrists than scissors. :) Even the nicer pointy scissors I specifically bought from an art-supply-store to do paper collages really hurt my hands after a while. Stretching your fingers and forearms and giving them a hot bath every now and then helps, too.
This video was a great find, I'm glad I took a look and didn't just give into buying an expensive cutter. I want to start making buttons but I would much rather make them myself than go through a company. If you ever figure anything out in that department I'd love to see it too.
Thank you so muchh, any other video about sticker paper I've found is all about cutters and special inkjet printers, but I just bought some sticker paper last night and didn't have any of that professional stuff 💖
Nice good, a great explanation indeed. Keep up the good work and I pray you go far in your small business. This video sure helped me in my search for a niche. Thank you
Oh! Wow. I love this! The way you make your little baggies and label looks so proffessional and yet so easy.....and cheap (which is inportant. LOL) I've kind of wanted to make some stickers myself. But hadn't really known how to go about it. Thank you very much for this video!!
Thank you so much for this helpful tutorial! I want to make freebie stickers for fellow fans at a concert and couldn't find an affordable way until this tutorial. Thank you, thank you!
