Your crumble recipe and technique is much simpler than Deon's at 901 Cravings. His ingredients are simple, but the technique is too time consuming. (It took longer to make the crumble than the cake). I started using his recipe, but I started having multiple cake orders needing the strawberry crumble. I found another recipe that I use now but it's much more expensive. It calls for Lorna Doone cookies, Golden Oreo cookies and freeze dried strawberries. I'm going to try your recipe the next time. I'll just eat the cookies I have. 😁
