How to make Suman sa Lihiya
10 cups glutinous rice
let it soak for 2 hrs
wash until water comes clear
3 tsp li water
mix until yellowish
1/2 tsp salt
wrap it up
boil for 1.5- 2 hrs
for the toppings:
Option 1: Latik
grated coconut
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
Option 2: Coco Jam
coconut milk
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
