We are finally making our first tutorial on how to make strawberry shortcake, hope you guys enjoy. We used very simple ingredients for this so it's a very easy cake to bake and make at home. The harder part is whipping and folding the egg white, which will take some practice. Masking will also take some practice but for eating at home yourself, you can just make it a more naked styled cake with imperfect masking.
Recipe (good for half tray pan for making 2 5 inch cakes)
Egg 6
Vegetable Oil 48g
Milk 48g
Cake Flour 100g
Sugar 108g
For 2 5 inch cakes
Cream 500g
Sugar 25g
