#TIKTOK MADE ME DO IT. The hype is so real on this one - if you’re a sushi lover, this recipe is so simple to put together and SO delicious. Sushi Bake IS IT. My easy and delicious Sushi Bake recipe was inspired by a combination of my favourite sushi rolls - Green Dragon, Dynamite and Spicy Salmon! This recipe has ingredients that you can easily buy at the Asian grocery store, no special tools and minimal/easy prep.
I hope you have enough to share with your family and friends (that’s if you can resist eating the whole tray, of course).
For reference, I used a 10"x10" baking dish and baked my Sushi Bake for 20 minutes in an oven set at 375.
INGREDIENTS:
🛒 A lil cooking oil
🛒 3 cups cooked sushi rice (follow cook instructions on packaging, make sure you wash your rice!)
🛒 2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
🛒 2 tbsp Furikake (1 tbsp for rice, 1 tbsp for topping)
🛒 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
🛒 1/4 cup of Kewpie mayo (+ more for topping)
🛒 Ripe avocado(s), half, peeled and sliced
🛒 3 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs, toasted
🛒 Sriracha, to taste
🛒 Unagi sauce, for topping
🛒 1 pkg (250g) imitation crab meat, shredded and roughly chopped
🛒 Seaweed snacks
