Two days before Thanksgiving 2022: Oh yeaaaaaa! Love, love love your video. So easy to follow. My uncle keep bringing me those large and small sweet potatoes. I usually just bake them and eat. But, got tired of them, sweet as they are. I decided to search Google for new use and didn't want the same ole pie dessert. Then I saw your video and was hooked. I got all the ingredients and started baking while watching you. My 18 yrs old son saw me watching you...he watched for a while, decided to join in. While mixing, he asked if he could help (he doesn't help usually) then asked if he could have one to take to his friends house after Thanksgiving (hang out spot). No problem. Mixing, rewinding to get it right, it was done. Smell heavenly! THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I HAVEN'T SPEND THIS MUCH TIME WITH MY SON SINCE HE HITS PUBERTY. IT WAS SUCH FUN. THAT BLESSED MY HEART. How I wish you were in my family. After watching this, I watched your dressing video. You make it the same way I do, minus the stovetop. I use dried bread. It’s my mother-in-laws recipe who would be 115 now if she were alive. You do such a great job. Now I need to make a sweet potato cake.

Yes, they've been around a long time. Theres so many things to do with sweet potatoes. The cake is really good with or without icing and I like it bc its not too sweet but still very tasty.
