Miss T, I want you to know I understand where you are coming from as far as healthwise, and trying to better our health. I'm REALLY proud of you for stepping up and acknowledging that your health is EXTREMELY important. I also struggle with eating habits, and other health issues. I may not be able to exercise like I want to because I have really bad arthritis, but I have learned to cook better for myself and my loved ones. So far I have cut out sugar, even diet soda, it's not good for you. Also, cut back on your carbs, if you can just eat a lean protein and a veggie at every meal, and cut back on your portions, set small goals, and do it one day at a time. I know it's possible. I know you have what it takes to make your health your priority. Much love and respect

I am also a diabetic and I only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Avocado Oil. You can buy the COSTCO Kirkland brand olive oil and buy the brand name Chosen Avocado Oil at COSTCO also.These oils are healthy and free of any chemical processing or GMO’s. Avoid plant based oils such as: canola, vegetable, soy, peanut, sunflower, grape seed etc. Avoid salt but if you need to use it then use unrefined salt such as Celtic Sea Salt and Himalayan Pink Sea Salt. Do not use bleached salt with iodine it’s heavily processed and refined. Buy items with low sugar or no sugar and stay away from starchy vegetables. I hope I helped you in some way. 😊

I tried this this morning but I think my eggs are bad because they shrink anytime I cook them on the pan 😭😭😭 I'm going to try scrambled eggs on top tomorrow instead. That looks really good. FYI - I manage my blood pressure without meds and I do NOT eat sausages like that - they are LOADED with sodium. Adding fried eggs also adds sodium. I'm happy you are addressing your health, just letting you know this info. Take care!

That looks so good! Another thing that you can do to cut carbs on pasta dishes is to use whole wheat pasta or veggie noodles... do a dish like that please :-) I'm diabetic as well so I appreciate all these hacks

Have a great week and keep it up... also as for the oils im not sure what was recommended to you and why but i wanted to say each oil has a purpose and a flavor that its going to bring so be careful with that a lot of people use one oil for everything and thats a no no.. Each one also is for different smoking points depending on how hot your going to get the oil so watch out fo rbad advice!! see you next video... oh yeha you still with avon????

Honey you talk about portion size, then filled your plate. As a diabetic we can't eat like that. Eat smaller meals throughout the day. It's hard at first, but your health is worth it

His poor mom found him dead in his bed at his house. She called me and i still can't believe he is gone. We gotta take our health seriously
