Homemade Taro chips! I will try this myself. It is a healthy snack for my kid but of course less oil for her. New friend here. I love cooking and baking as well.
Wow, unique recipe! I love the crunchy sound haha, and I love how it is not the usual overly brown taro chips. Do you know the reason to soak it in salt water instead of just water?
Hello dear friend! You’re most welcome dear and I’m so happy to hear that from you dear:) really appreciate your love and support! You’re so sweet😍have a wonderful week and always stay blessed, Mona!🥰

Yes, every time I have this crispy snack, I can’t stop,as well...😂😅yummi for sure! Thanks so much dear for your sweet comments:) have a wonderful week and stay blessed dear!❤️
These look absolutely delicious. I love taro chips, I didn't know they were so easy to make. The sugar syrup made it better but I think it would still taste amazing without it. Whenever we go to Hawaii we got snack on these all the time, it's so crispy but very different from potato chips. We sometimes would use these to scoop up poke. Great recipe as always. I love it! I see you have been shopping at Costco again haha. I bought the pancake mix because of you, so hopefully I'll have a chance to try your waffle recipe soon! Hope you and your lovely family have a great weekend! 😍👍LIKE #19
Aww..taro chip is one of my favorite snacks, too dear! I never get tired of eating this after I finish the last part always looking for more..haha..😅yes, I know right, it’s just simple and very easy to make! Yes you’re right dear, it’s good on it own with its natural sweetness, but if you prefer to have more sweet flavor you can coating it with sugar syrup. For me,I think with sugar syrup it tastes a little bit better..👌that sounds interesting dear..Hawaii is my dream place to visit, so you can share some experiences with me..now yay!!😍and I can’t wait to see your waffles turned out dear! Thanks so much dear for your support:) hope you and your beautiful family have a wonderful week as well dear! God blessed 🥰❤️
Lin’s Cooking recipes Thanks for sharing on how to make taro chips. Anyway, hi new friend here. Let’s support each other channel done with yours and I hope you visit my channel too. Thanks!
You’re very welcome! Thanks so much for your compliment:) yes I agree, it’s hard to slice the taro or potatoes this way for people who first try to do it or not usually do it very often, but actually it’s easy for me because I used to help my mom make it since I was 12 years old 😊hope you have a wonderful cooking time in your kitchen!
Oh glad to hear from you! This is one of my favorite chips, delicious snack👌! I’ve been eating it seen I was a child it super crispy and absolutely delicious! Thanks so much:) have a wonderful week and always stay blessed! Cheer!🤗
@@linscookingrecipes8198 I will try to find this! Really looked like fun prepping...that's my favorite part of cooking👌 I'll do some searching and give it a try....looks incredible!
Wow! I love taro and I used it in some of my dishes but never thought of making it into chips. The ‘crunch sound’ made me crave for it. It’s so easy to make. Great kitchen hack in using a peeler as a slicer, now taro chips are all uniform in thickness. Nice, sweet syrup to coat the chips, really looks yummy and the crispness is irresistible. Liked34👍🏻
