I remember Banh Canh soup! I haven't heard this food for over decades! I love either the pho noodles or pad see ew noodles for banh canh soup. I thought those were white potatoes in your soup :)

Oh, those were daikons :) Either noodles would work, but for Khmer banh canh we usually make it with the wide rice noodle. Thanks for your feedback.
