Today I would like to share this amazing flavour on how to make flavourful Beef and Green Beans Stir Fry at home from my Kitchen to yours. This dish is absolutely delicious flavourful and very easy and quick to prepare, it is a great idea for dinner with your family and friends to enjoy.
Ingredients:
4-5 Servings
2 Tbsp mined garlic
200 g thin sliced beef
300 g fresh green beans
1 egg
3-4 Tbsp Olive oil
Hoison Sauce
Dark soy sauce
Salt
Black Pepper
4 Tbsp water
Cornstarch
Seasoning soy sauce
Marinate Beef Ingredients:
Thin slice Beef
1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
1 Tbsp Seasoning soy sauce
1/4 Salt
1/4 Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Hoison sauce
1 egg
Let it sit about 10-15 minutes before starting cooking
Beef and Green Beans Stir Fry Ingredients and Methods:
Turn heat on low
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp mined garlic
Beef
1 Tbsp seasoning soy sauce
1 Tbsp hoison sauce
1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
1/4 Salt
2/3 Black pepper
4 Tbsp water ( add a little bit at a time)
2 Tsp Cornstarch mix with water
Add Green Beans and all the ingredients all together keep on stirring for about 1 minute, then remove the wok out away from the hot stove served while it is still warm with white or brown rice.
