This looks so good. I love stews and I LOVE the rain too. In the UK a hard chicken is called * boiler chicken * but I have not found any in our Supermarkets. I will use the regular chicken that I always use, that should work well, I guess. In Germany, hard chicken is called * Suppenhuhn / soup chicken *.
