1/4tsp - Baking Soda
1tsp - Salt
Bulk Portion

4 1/4cups - Sugar
17 Large - Eggs
1 1/2tbsp - Vanilla Extract
2tsp - Pineapple Extract
4 1/4cups - Evaporated Milk
5lbs - Flour
4tbsp - Baking Powder
1tsp - Baking Soda
4 1/4tsp - Salt

Auntie Naa, I tried the doughnuts recipe and left it to sit for about 25 minutes before frying but it looked like bofrot and tasted as doughnuts But when I tried it again and fried right after, it was perfect
