Toasted bread creates a structured platform to soak up the juices and not get soggy and mushy which will give it an unholy texture in your mouth. Not a good feeling !!!!

Was looking for recipes to make this tonight. Gotta go with this mans version, although I cant afford ALL that cheese 😂. Also; powdered beef stock is a good MSG substitute as it has its own thing going on and usually contains MSG anyway. Great secret weapon for burgers

You have to use a hamburger patty and chop it up for it to be a chopped cheese. The key is to get these little crispy hamburger patty chunks. Also, it's a lot easier to have a bunch of hamburger patties than deal with ground beef.
