➡️ How to make the best Hot Baileys Coffee.
Ingredients:
- 50ml of Baileys Irish Cream
- 120ml of Coffee
- 30ml of Thick Cream
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
Directions:
Make a cup of coffee
Add in the Baileys Irish Cream.
Add in the extra thick cream
Whipped cream to top
Chocolate shavings to garnish the whipped cream
Enjoy.

With half the mixture sitting at room temperature, it seems to be this would be a lukewarm drink. I think I would go with traditional Irish coffee: hot black coffee over Irish Whiskey and sugar, carefully topped with a separate layer of single cream.

@@TheFrenchReview Steady on Francois I haven't got near mastering the Express yet ! I am experimenting with a lot of different beans at the moment having fun with how they grind and brew. I have a coffee business idea for when we emerge from lockdown.

Do you have a favourite bean that you really enjoy? I got some from Rave Coffee. It's pretty good! Great to hear about your business idea. Looking forward to hear all about it when possible. I mostly decided to do some training to become a barista and go though this journey as a side hustle and maybe open a coffee shop one day.

@@TheFrenchReview It has Vanilla and Ginger as the dominant spices which I think balance the coffee flavours well, I like the odd vanilla latte when I am craving a sweet milk drink.

Someone just posted on another site, calling hot coffee with Bailey's a "French coffee." I said I'm pretty sure a French person would balk at calling Bailey's Irish Cream "French." But I see there's a cocktail with coffee and Bailey's called a "French cocktail." So do les Français adore Bailey's or are Americans just super confused?
