Hello great videos 😍, I have a recipe (not for Thermomix) with less sugar… can I use the method with more time? I really like it without a lot of sugar and just thick not classic jam!
Thank you for the video. For the jam, adding a bit of Cardamom and Rose water makes the jam very unique and flowery in taste i love it. I also think, whole Fig, quince, carrot and rose petals are some other jams I would do. My mum actually done carrot ohh and of course Ginger jam 👍.
Thanks Sophia, you explain it so well and make it look so easy that it gives me confidence to give it a go. My favourite jam is Fig with some almonds in it. Just have to wait til its fig season.
