Ingredients:
8-12 Fresh lemons 🍋 (Enough to get 2 1/4 cups of lemon juice)
1 1/2 Cups Magic Baker's Blend sweetener
8 Cups Cold water 💧
1/2 Gallon Glass Jar
Steps:
Cut two of the lemons into slices and then try to remove all the seeds and all the white pith (unless you like bitter!). Cut into pieces.
In the 1/2 gallon jar, add all the lemon pieces and sweetener in and add enough water to cover. Using the immersion blender, blend the sweetener, water, and lemons slices until the sweetener is blended and the lemon is in tiny pieces.
Juice the remaining lemons until you get 2 1/4 cups of lemon juice and then add that in.
Add the water until up to the half gallon mark and stir or shake. until combined. Refrigerate for an hour or so for best taste, but you can drink it right away! You may need to shake it the first time or 2 to incorporate the sweetener, but it will dissolve after some hours.
Stir well and enjoy!
