Looks delicious. Going to make, but what size is the casserole dish? Also the size of the casserole dish for the ground beef and egg noodle casserole. I have corningware 2 and 3 qt but they don't look as deep as yours. How deep is yours? Thanks for the recipes. Can't wait to make.
thank you......i want to do the same thing with some stale nachos......one covered in the meat mixture the kids won't be able to tell as the meat mixture will soften the nachos.
I would cut the tortillas into quarters. Otherwise, when you dish, the whole tortilla will want to come out. Cutting after cooking is not good. Tortilla like to stay together. They are best cut the way you want them before cooking.
