Cooked this yesterday and it was soo good, thank youuuu although my green bell peppers were bitter, while I was eating it, do you think I did something wrong or that’s just the taste? But i doubt it’s the taste because I blended some green bell pepper and added it to my rice and there’s no bitterness in my rice so maybe I did something wrong.
I do my fried rice like this, apart from the batch by batch mixing. I actually thought I was overdoing it by adding blended green bell peppers but seeing you do same is giving me joy right now 😂 Thanks a lot for sharing. Well done!! P.S. Fried rice spice mix is nice as well.
Hello Ify, this looks great. But do you have any remedies or tips to revive spoiled fried rice? I'm in a dilemma, and I don't want to throw the whole pot. Made a mistake leaving it out overnight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
The real question is how did you chop your onions to that size. That’s tiiiiny. I don’t eat onions in food because I don’t want to see it. But this size is helpful. If I can chop this tiny, I can definitely eat it

Fried rice spice makes the fried rice go bad on time. For deep colors, I also add a few igwu leaves with the green bell peppers and blend together. I like more of the rich green color for my friend rice.
I made this for my boys' vacation yesterday. They totally loved it. I loved it and I am so proud of myself. I only replaced the liver with sausage. They don't like liver. Thanks so much.
