I have been quilting for just a few years now. I have noticed green is not that popular of a color. It's rare to see. It is my favorite color and I love the fabric in this quilt and this quilt design. Thank you for sharing. 😁
When quilting, it's not necessary to match your thread to your fabric as it is when sewing clothing. I use neutral thread for 100% of my piecing. ~Tammy
Hi Agnes! The jelly roll will make up your black strips. Wilmington calls their "jelly rolls" Gem packs, so just make sure you're picking up strips that are 2.5 in. wide.
I love the fabrics used in this quilt. Sadly, it's too expensive for me to buy the kit once you've added shipping, tax and duties for the UK, but I really enjoyed the video.
I'm cutting and sewing my pieces together for this quilt now, so wish me luck! Lol it's only my 2nd quilt so..... Also, what are the finished measurements of this quilt?
