This is awesome , When I was a kid in upstate New York , they used to make a chili dog like this , with a slice of cheese on top , they called it a Mohawk ! You channel is reminding me of it . Must make some Mohawks ! Thanks

This is the perfect smooth chili for a burger or hot dog and butcher box meat is so good!! Tasty chili and great info on the difference on grass finished or grain! Looks so good Graham!

Love your outrage over the fact that canned chili doesn't have real beef! Homemade is almost always the way to go. This looks so delicious, I would eat it straight out of the pan!

Haha, that would be a different video but an interesting idea! Yeah it's worth checking out I get a lot of cuts from butcher box that you won't see in a grocery store. Who knew flap steak was so delicious?!
