I am really looking forward to this one and can't wait to receive my subscription box. I love the materials and the final look of the ring. Black ceramic seems like the perfect choice here.
It's an awesome looking ring, but I've held back on buying any of these kits because I feel like I don't have the proper equipment to make a ring. Is there anywhere I could go to make one with proper equipment?
Check ur area to see if there's any local maker's spaces. Sometimes there's a place that let's u use the equipment for a small charge. U could possibly use a drill instead of a lathe as long as it's big enough to hold the mandrel.
I used a wooden dowel, a Dremel and did a lot of sanding by hand. It’s definitely possible to do with little to no equipment, the hard park might be finding time.
