Transformer could also be an old microwave transformer, where you change hi voltage to 2 x 12 V you need 4- 6 mm2 Cu try first with some thinner El-wire. The old Hi volt wire is some times Al.
I've never seen an aluminium HT winding on a microwave transformer, the wire is so thin it would break. I've seen a few aluminium primary windings though, they are much thicker.

Ce montage ne peut pas osciller,il n'y a pas de condensateur connecté sur les 2 transistors,un circuit RC de base a besoin de condensateur !,est encore c'est plus complexe que ce montage totalement inutilisable,si vous voulez perdre du temps et de l'argent essayez!
Hi. Thanks for very fascinating construction. I would like to know how many gadgets one can hook up and so the impact on the drainage of the battery. Could one place batteries in parallel to reduce drainage time without impacting the circuit? How would this impact the heat sink? And what is the paperlike separator you place between the transistor and the heatsink?
