late time for a comment, but one of the best things to do for this on the EPS pink foam is to add a exciter speaker driver. it will turn the whole panel into a speaker. parts express has a whole selection of them on their website. its a great way to ad sound without a lot of extra work.

awesome! dead on dude! As far as the color of the finer lettering, What if you painted the black over the letters first, painted the top coat 2nd, then scrape out the the letters.

Do you think you can use painters tape when laser printing, then remove the tape after you paint in the cut areas?

I actually did on one of the white foam ones. The tape puts off a pretty foul smell. But it works. Cheers

I'm surprised that the laser didn't blast a hole all the way through the foam or make a mess melting it. Turned out very well. I've got some foam pieces that are about the right size, may give it a shot.

Next time you could try a little heat in the styrofoam. Either blow torch or even just a soldering iron. Works just frigging great...but watch the fumes!!!

Man glad I found your channel. Loving all the videos. Been searching for info on lasering tombstones. Newb with my xTool. Looks like you used a different laser maybe. What settings did you use. My RU-vid is all about Halloween as well. If you have time go check it out. I'm also in Texas.

You need your wife in more videos that was hilarious with some good knowledge. My daughter has been wanting to do this kind of stuff for quite a while. you should have put more cuts of her making fun of you couse that is what my wife would do
