1 cup all purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
5 large eggs
1 cup sugar, divided
⅓ cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
For The Three Milks:
8 oz evaporated milk
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
½ cup heavy cream
For The Frosting:
2 cups heavy cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
2 cups strawberries, sliced, optional
