cut the lining without the flare part use it to turn the skirt and cut the flare lining use it to turn the flare only and fix it the way I fixed mine or you cut the lining for the skirt and fare then join it like the material separately before using it to turn the skirt, which ever way is OK I hope you understand

I love this tutorial, it's so easy, I'll definitely try the 2nd one, pls if I want to do a full lining will I cut it the way the wrapper was cut and joined or will I cut the lining after joining all the pieces together?

If you want to turn the hem line with lining then you will cut it in pieces like the material and join but if you won't turn with lining then you can cut the lining as you choose OK
