Ube is purple yam, mochi is rice cake, and custard is sugar, egg and milk. Put them together and you get ube custard mochi. Ube has been becoming more popular lately and it makes desserts look so pretty.

vanilla extract: amzn.to/2TkprP3
How to make ube custard mochi
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp. ube extract
1/4 c butter
1 2/3 c sugar
3 tsp. Baking powder
2 tsp. Vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. Mochiko flour
4 c. Milk
-cream butter and sugar
-Add eggs in one at a time
-add vanilla and baking powder
Add 1 cup mochiko and 2 cups to milk to mixture then mix
-Repeat with the rest of the milk and mochiko flour.
-Pour in a greased 9x13 pan.
-Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour
_let it cool and serve..
