You did well. But next time dont cook water leaf for too long, it will overcook and the nutrients will vanish😂

Vegetable soup, is one of my favorite soups, simple and so delicious!!! Some of my other favorites are peanut soup,nsala and ogbono... so good when prepared well. Anyone that does not enjoy, did not prepare well. The variety is incredible! Also I eat with carrot fufu...colorful and tasty!

Nice... But the typical calabar chefs, always elaborate that when cooking vegetable or Afang soups... There is no need for onions... Maybe you shouldn't have used onions.. But nice anyway.
