pro tip- use an online decision maker for making a quick decision on something inconsequential, like where to eat for dinner. punch in options, press the button, done.

Love the 10 10 10 rule. It makes you think beyond that specific moment. Also, thinking of your current situation from a different perspective can be very helpful. Being that your emotions and your closeness to the situation can cloud your judgment. I love it! -from a self love content creator to another, great video Muchelle! 💕

I realized that when I was a kid it was very easy for me to make decisions. Nowadays, though, I almost always struggle in any time. I don't know, I think maybe life and society have the power to change us a lot along the way. Your tips are very interesting, they seems to really help. Thanks for sharing.

I love the idea of the outsiders perspective! The forward looking example (after amnesia scenario) is important for those who think too much of the past. I have a quote on my desk at work that says “don’t look backwards, you’re not going that way!” I like filling my life with quotes that may seem corny to others 😄
