I'm a qualified fitter and turner with 60 years in the trade in many countries around the World, but seeing these people work so well with basic and crude tooling and machinery makes me humble......they are truly engineers.
I'm amazed how this Pakistanis are highly trained in manufacturing even with the most basic tools available. How much can they produce if they have a more advance manufacturing tools and a more decent salary. I truly appreciative of their technical expertise. Congratulations!

Fortunately only the first 500 tons of ground wheat from this machine will contain paint residue, swarf, rust particles, welding slag and spatter, cork gasket, lubricants, contaminated workshop dirt, and the remains of those flying ant bugs we saw crawling around everywhere. It still tastes roughly the same so it's all good I guess. :-)

Well done to the skilled Pakistani workers. It's a Heavy duty Milling machine, good work, but am surprised they didn't include the mesh plates for sifting to a desired particle size.
Ladies usually filter their own flour at home with a hand held sieve, in Pakistan. Or you can buy a pre-packaged, flour that is already filtered, for a little extra price.
About contaminents in food, i sometimes get asked to cook for pay, grinders often get mixed use. My spice mill(coffee grinder) gets used for 20 different spices. To keep aromas separated, i just grind some rice between the different spices. One little blast of rice grinding takes caref of any cross-flavor issue. Nay sayers make pompous-donkey cooks.

Great guys. Nothing limits them in this endeavor. What I am surprised at is that there is no sieve/mesh. What determines the finess and coarseness of the flour processed?
The flour is sold in open flour markets and lady folks at homes use a sieve device at home to filter the flour. If you want a fine filtered flour you buy from pre-package flour, which does not need to be filtered at home. Some people use it as is. I am from Pakistan, I have seen it in action.
