It's such a relief to find an easy and delicious way for her to enjoy frosting on her cake. I used a touch of agave sweetener and garnished with fruits, herbs and flowers. She'll be very happy on her wedding day.
Hi there. I have a question. Does it hold up when temperature is not cold or refrigerate? I want to put on cupcakes and leave it in school for a couple hours but afraid it will melt in there. Thanks
I would, but that's me. My husband makes Instagram videos and I told him to smile more. But, I do get what you mean. I wouldn't tell someone in real life to smile, but media is a bit different.

so i accidentally purchased coconut CREAM instead of coconut MILK, placed it in the fridge and it worked perfectly, its the same but w out dealing w the whole water thing. Coconut cream chilled is ready to be scooped out and whipped!
dora lugo Check the ingredients because some brands have propylene glycol in them which is added as a sweetener/preservative in many items but it's antifreeze which is absolutely horrible for everyone. It is in many unnatural dyes, desserts, etc. as well. Thanks for the tip though! :)
I will agree. I'd like to add that Coconut cream or "Cream of Coconut" is often not found int he baking isle - it's found with the mixers for alcoholic drinks. So at my grocery store, the coconut cream was on the shelf next to the wine and spirits section.

I read previous comments and I noticed you have not answered some good concerns and that is , for how long will it stay at the room temperature? my other question is how many days will it last even in the fridge?
I hate when people tell somebody to smile. Even when women tell other women, because it reminds me so much of catcalling and that it is nobody's business if she is smiling or not. I find most americans very annoying with their obnoxious (sometimes fake?) happiness and "positivity"...
I brought coconut milk in a mini box cause I didn't see it in a can so I followed the instructions and it was rather liquidity than stiff. I didn't want to put too much powder sugar. Any suggestions?
If you have a stand mixer, use it. After 20 minutes of using a hand mixer, it still isn't thick enough, and I'm worried about its stability and need for refrigeration. I wanted to use this as a filling for coconut cupcakes, and it's tasty enough, but I can't feed it to others if I have any questions about its freshness or stability at room temperature.
Thank you. Will the brown colour be ugly?; I think brown can look really tasty. Beautifully dressed bakeress, and looking a tiny bit livelier/ gladder and sound a little bit more up would make it easier to listen for stressed, tired viewers. Wow so much negativity in the comments toward this girl. She is going off a script and doing her job; She wasn't being unpleasant. To be frank, you people complaining are the ones who are quite closed minded. She simply seems introverted and a bit shy in front of the camera, that is all. But society wouldn't care. People these days like to think negatively on anyone who doesn't fit the cookie cutter archetype that is so overrated within our society. You gotta act like a fucking CareBear these days to be accepted by judgmental extroverts; If you're not bright eyed, full of smiles, and shooting rainbows out your ass, then you won't be respected and will be regarded as "negative," "weird," and "boring." On a personal note, I can't count how many times I'll be thinking a happy ass thought to myself (or maybe even having a bad day, but either way I'm minding my own business) when a complete stranger would walk up and demand that I "need to smile." It will always be in a judgmental tone of voice, like my lack of smiling is soo offensive to their sensibilities. Like bitch you're not entitled to my damn smiles. And 95% of the time, they aren't even smiling them damn selves, the hypocritical insects. Truth is, people judge too quickly, a reflection of their own ignorance.
I tried making from.fresh coconuts. Kept it overnight. But when i beat it with this mixer, a few seconds later after rising in size, it leaves water. Doesnt give peaks or anything. If i add powdered sugar, it immediately leaves water in bowl. No peaks, no softiness. Anything else has to be done?
Anchit Kawaatra little late, but even if it’s fresh, you’ll have to separate the cream from the liquid after overnight in the fridge .. then it won’t come later
I just tried it and it doesn’t stay thick sad😢 it just started like melting on my cupcakes even though I gave it more time in the fridge, room temperature was fresh, and cupcake was on the fridge also. I can’t understand how it is so stable in all videos I find but not in real life 😢. I’ll keep trying different brands of coconut cream/milk
